We went in to town after breakfast, because Friday is the day for the market at Christmas Circle. Here you can see Doreen as we arrived, dumping our garbage in a bin at the market. We bought some tomatoes and peas at the market. Afterwards, we stopped at the library where we sat outside, and I got caught up on all the news an my iPad using their really good WiFi. A bit more wandering around the stores, and we finally headed back out to our desert abode.
Borrego Springs has a main street (Palm Canyon Drive) that is incredibly wide. It's not as if there's a lot of traffic. The traffic in this picture is pretty typical, maybe a motorhome and a couple of cars in the two or three block downtown at any one time.
And it has the largest traffic circle (Christmas Circle) of anywhere I know. Of course, it also doubles as a park, and that's where the market was this morning. Here in this google map, you can see the downtown stores on the left, and Christmas Circle on the right.
At diner time, we headed back out to town for more Mexican food at Los Jilbertos. This time we ate outside. The temperature at 3pm this afternoon was 84 F (that's 29 C).
And, of course, Doreen wanted an ice cream cone for desert!
We headed across the street to Christmas Circle, and sat in the park for awhile; it's a really beautiful evening.
Back at the campsite, we lit a campfire for the evening.

You guys look so relaxed and happy!❤️
